Well Being with Friends ~ Bonnie Wright

Well Being with Friends is a series of short investigations, not so much interviews, into the lives of people I know both closely and from afar. These people aren't just any people, they are people doing inspiring, interesting, innovative and meaningful things, for the greater good of Earth, our Universe, our ecosystem, our environment and, ultimately, our experiences here. The idea is to share the simple habits of the most with-it in wellness, providing an insight into what keeps them thriving. Whether it's a book, an app, a ritual or a rhyme,  I hope you will discover new tools and take away constructive advice from each one. If nothing else, I hope this series connects you to more inspiring people and expands this community of people trying to make positive changes, both personal and widespread.

Bonnie Wright - dear friend, actress, film maker and environmental activist - is, simply put, one of a kind. Her drive, her passion, her courage, her care and her kindness towards the Universe are mesmerising enough, and topped with her constant smile, her glowing complexion and her laid back sustainable style, she is one seamless source of inspiration on so many levels. Whether she's meditating in the morning, directing during the day, surfing as the sun sets or shopping on the weekends, at the forefront of her mind is to make conscious decisions to make daily differences, to protect the environment and make some changes. From taking her reusable cups everywhere with her, to shopping in bulk without using plastic packaging, Bonnie seems to have found the perfect balance of living consciously and sustainably in the modern world; her top tips below.
