Created by myself and my dear friend Kate White, this 160 page booklet is a companion for transformational times; a timeless manual to inspire a fuller and freer way of living.
As an intimate and inclusive exploration into the subject of wellbeing, the booklet shares practical tools, inspiring wisdom and sustainable brands and objects that provide uplifting support and encouragement to support times of change. An extension to my book Well Being, this compact collection of interviews and stories from inspiring individuals from all over the world contains natural recipes, rituals and daily tools for everyday wellbeing and both subtle and transformational changes.
Featuring an inspiring group of artists, designers, healers, photographers and brands, we have created this zine as an exploration into the intuitive, subtle and intimate world of well being.
By encouraging each other to let go of fear, pressure, anxiety or ideals of perfection, the content in this zine points to the natural wisdom that lives within each of us. The wisdom that is not forced or dependent on anything, but is naturally available to each of us when we are open and trusting of life, and connected to the Earth and the energies around us. In this essence, each page has been created to inspire a greater sense of joy, ease and acceptance, whilst encouraging readers to honour their own unique path.
Inspired by the living spirit of transformation as witnessed in the seasons of nature, as well as in the cycles of our relationships, our work, and our bodies, this booklet celebrates life in all its varying states of transformation – welcoming and honouring change, rather than fearing or preventing it. It is this vital energy that brings forth new life, providing us with the support to care for ourselves, nurture our ideas and bring them into the world, to live our best and fullest lives. By weaving together personal narrative with a theme that unites us all, it is an honest exploration into the lives of people who are forging their own path, uncompromising in their vision and steadfast in their commitment to their own wellbeing, as well as that of the planet. And while daily life may present its challenges, we hope that these stories of transformation will inspire and empower readers the world over to confidently and freely explore their own expression of their true selves.
