May Essentials ~ 2018 (ft. Cannes and LA)

Travel, Monthly Essentialsdanielle coppermanComment

There's a fine line between healthy and too healthy.

Have just booked to take part in a beach clean up in July. This website has events all over the UK coastline; it's free, you'll get some fresh air and you'll make a big difference to the cleanliness of our oceans.

Michael Nau sings to my soooooul.

Crystal water bottles; perhaps a little extra but why not? One ~ Two.

This vegan backpack by Matt & Nat came with me on several trips and serves as a perfectly sized, simply designed and super chic carry on.

Everything from Lunya looks so idyllic. Not only beautiful but also designed to improve sleep. Get it here now.

I never sleep on planes but I took a dose (or 3) of this melatonin tincture - purchased from Erewhon - and, no word of a lie, I slept 9 hours straight on the flight from LA - LDN.

How and why to keep your bedding fresh during the summer.

These went down well on my instagram feed last week.

So into illustrated ceramics like this these days. And pretty much everything on Trouva tbf.

Major Summer Vibes.

Love love loved this on my long haul to LA.

This dream dress.

My summer reading list: Anatomy of the SpiritMolecules of Emotion, Heart Talk, Jane, Why social media is ruining your life, Holding Up the Universe.

New favourite raw chocolate bar (spiked with maca and lucuma, holaaaa).

Haven't taken this or this off since I put them on.

Willlllooowwwww.

Cannes

Toward the middle of May, I spent a couple of days in Cannes with Grey Goose. I'm not usually much of a drinker, but I jumped at the opportunity to learn more about the inspiring brand and their unique products (all of which are made with single-origin French ingredients, traceable from field to table), all whilst celebrating the 71st Film Festival. Here's a few of my favourite discoveries from my time there:

The most idyllic lunch spot, we spent an afternoon on the island of Île Sainte-Marguerite. Definitely work a day trip into your visit if you're ever Cannes-bound.

Was spoilt with a new Away suitcase for the trip - my favourite carry on case due to its built-in charger.

Grey Goose on tap; sounds intense but actually served as such a light refreshment and, due to the purity of the recipe, I didn't feel hungover once. We were joined with Grey Goose global ambassadors who curated a selection of incredible cocktails throughout the weekend, which really inspired me to step up my beverage game this summer.

LA

Finally had a flick through Cap Beauty's new book, made a visit to their store and discovered more about their Daily Hit cannabinoid and hemp oil - where all products are 100% natural and teeming with nutrition and life force. Yes. Yes yes yes yes yes.

Met the lovely Nitsa from Sunpotion and chatted all things tonic herbs, traceability and shaking up the supermarket shelves.

Using this Everyday Oil, well, everyday.

These helped me adjust to LA time, big time.

Loved Dang's Salted Caramel coconut chips when I last visited the US, and arrived to find they now do an even better Chocolate and Sea Salt blend. Dangerously good.

Made it to Sqirl on our last day for some pre-flight nourishment. Get the Sorrell Pesto bowl (and avoid mistaking their sugar syrup for olive oil and douse your meal in it like I did).

Def a fave. All dishes are natural, gluten free and made without refined sugar.

Gjelina never disappoints. When we rocked up at 11pm delirious from jet lag on our first day, their pea and burrata toast and mushroom pizza hit all the right spots.

Found the best dairy free coffee creamer.

Got me one of these and have been enjoying it on stressful days settling back into daily work-life.

My new forever scent.

Spent far too much time and money in The End.

Same goes for Passenger. Too many beautiful things in one beautiful place.

Obsessed with Sage Plant Based Bistro and their in-house vegan and sugar free ice cream concession, Kind Kreme.

A road trip to and through Joshua Tree is something I would do every weekend if I could.

Frontier Cafe do the best vegan tempeh BLT and I think I will struggle to ever find one that can compete with it.

Staying my friend Bonnie's apartment I fell in love with grinding coffee beans freshly each morning. Try it, you'll see.

Bamboo tea strainers! One. Two.

I love a copper straw but also giving these a go too.

Never going back to disposable cotton pads. Never ever.

Loving this site and I think you will to.

Full travel journal on LA coming soon.

April Essentials ~ 2018

Monthly Essentials, Lifestyle, Inspiration, Natural Living, Essentialsdanielle coppermanComment

Eco-friendly, biodegradable, plant-based phone cases, made from starch-based biopolymer, recycled materials and flax shive. And this bamboo phone case is also renewable and for each case bought the company plant a new tree. All shipped in plastic free packaging too 💯

Lily of The Detox Kitchen just released a new book, an homage to vegetables.

This app. I'm planning to start using it to recycle old or unwanted clothes that I don't have time to eBay or Depop, or that just aren't worth much anymore.

My favourite smoothie just had an upgrade. I tend to make some variation of a banana, nut butter, spinach, innermost vegan protein, maca, rhodiola, ashwaganda, ice and a pinch of himalayan pink salt most days before or after a workout. Last month I got my hands on a batch of The Well Co's Super Elixir, and have been adding it to my daily smoothies, or stirring it into a glass of water if short of time. Hands down my favourite greens powder. Much lighter, more tasty and less earthy than the others I've tried.

A friend just introduced me to the idea of using one of these for lose leaf tea.

Last week, I visited Santorini for the first time. It instantly became one of my favourite places, with its unique and effortlessly chic architecture, warm weather, beautiful views, black beaches and friendly locals, to name just a few pros. We stayed at the Santo Maris in Oia; an idyllic resort perched at the top edge of the island, with beautiful architechture, a spa, a buffet of fresh, local produce, 4 private pools and the best sunset watching spot on the island.

These swim pants.

Obsessed and can't wait for my next chance to wear mine.

This Artisan Artifacts ceramic pitcher with driftwood and cane handle.

Rediscovered this song which was on my first ever ipod. Listening to the words properly now, it really resonates deeply and stands as a reminder to live fully and evade 'the system'.

This LNDR sports bra and shorts set doubles up as a swim suit. That means you can transition straight out of your workout into the ocean / pool.

Currently addicted to Equinox. Last week I joined their flagship gym in Kensington and have been navigating their huge selection of apparatus and other facilities every since. I also tried their WORKX class - a combination of treadmill intervals and weight work - which almost killed me. Full blog post to follow shortly.

Last week someone on Instagram asked me how I found time to read. My answer was, I make time. I rarely succeed, but recently I have become more conscious of taking time to do not only something for myself, not only something relaxing and meditative, but also something nourishing for the mind, brain and soul. Learning is expanding, and even if you prefer fiction to factual, reading stands as an (if only momentary) escape from the stresses of modern life. Do it! And if you're into spirituality, holistic teachings and traditions and the power to heal, I'd highly recommend this already and I'm only just past the preface.

Time to take a holiday and stop feeling bad for it.

Just finished reading 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle which I bought years ago and have only just gotten around to opening. Highly recommend it for anyone intrigued by or already embarking on a more spiritually influenced journey.

Finally got to wear this incredible swimsuit.

Mango Committed. Nice to finally see some high street / mainstream brands making small conscious changes. Hopefully it will help educate the masses about the ramifications of fast fashion, and evolve to make up the majority of their collections in the not too far future.

The Mind Body Green podcast; most recently enjoyed their episode The Biggest Myths About Gut Health with Dr Vincent Pedre.

Have loves incorporating Wild Nutrition supplements into my daily routines. Their Premenstrual complex is incredible for reducing PMS, and I've also been taking Magnesium to help sleep whilst travelling as well as Ashwaganda for general stress and tension reduction.

I almost can't wait for some rain so I can wear these Ilse Jacobsen boots.

Living in these Zara jeans.

New natural beauty find.

My mum sent my sisters and I this a few weeks ago. Cheesy but thought provoking. Moral of the story: don't work your life away.

Since my agency decided I look much better with a tan, I've been working my way through some self tanning products; some more natural / organic or ethical than others. If you want a pre holiday glow, I've most enjoyed Tan Luxe / Espa / James Read Tanning Mist, so far.

Goop launched their podcast with Oprah and this episode is everything. Subscribe now if you know whats good for you.

Girl Boss Radio, an long standing favourite podcast of mine, spoke with Miranda Kerr about the fashion industry, wellbeing and making the shift from money making top model to start up entrepreneur, founder, managing director and everything in between. As a model and entrepreneur myself, it really inspired me and I'd recommend this to any model navigating a new path, as well as non-models into wellbeing and the idea of entrepreneurship. It was super inspiring to hear Miranda's journey as until now I'd assumed she'd put her name on the brand and had other organisations running it on her behalf. Not the case at all.

#EndOceanPlastics #LessPlasticWaste by investing in these copper straw. They look cool too.

Also, these bamboo straws.

Just started watching this on Netflix.

Just finished this book, and would highly recommend it to anyone creative entrepreneurs or anyone interested in starting their own business. It discusses the basics of business but in a way more creative bohemian types can understand and engage with, and also puts the business world into a more purposeful perspective, offering that it is possible to create a meaningful business with true purpose and passion amidst a money-hungry and success-driven industry of large, impersonal and inauthentic corporations (blog post on this coming soon).

Finally giving these Thinx panties a go. As far as periods go, I've had a really positive experience so far using their period-proof underwear. Their really flattering shapes are made with high quality technical materials that you can wear on your period in place of tampons/liners/menstrual cups. Don't be disheartened by the dollar sign; they ship worldwide and if you buy online here, apply the code WELLBEING5 to enjoy $5 off your order. Full blog post coming v v v soon (as soon as my cycle is over and I have some energy back).

One of my favourite illustrators.

Last week I took an afternoon (ok, only about 1 hr) off to visit the Tate Modern to see the Picasso exhibition. As a self employed entrepreneur (that's the last time i use that word in this post), I am constantly working and doing and feel guilty every time I rest or take a break, but I recently thought to myself that the whole reason I like to be self employed is that it gives me freedom to do what I want. I fully surrendered to this and gave myself permission to do something I purely wanted to do, and it was so fulfilling. Most of the time, it is just about permission. We live in an age where we are constantly conditioned to strive and succeed, so taking time off to do things we really enjoy and that sweetens the soul is not something many of us feel entitled to (especially not during work hours). Try it.

Making conscious efforts to replace things in my home with versions made from more natural materials. I’ve given all my plastic clothes hangers to charity and replaced them with affordable wooden ones, and this month I got some linen bed covers. Linen is created from the flax plant, a multi–faceted and renewable resource, making it a more eco friendly alternative to bleached or processed fabrics, as it is totally biodegradable. It’s also known to be beneficial in many ways for humans, encouraging deeper sleep and regulating temperature. Read more about the benefits of linen bedding here. Buy some here or here.

Turkish hammam towels are my new thing.

I keep my daily make up look pretty toned down and minimal - very fresh, warm and natural - which is pretty low maintenance.  I don’t change up my make up products or routines much unless something really revolutionary, or more natural, comes along. Until last week, I'd been buying the same liquid eyeliner since I started using liquid eyeliner. But I recently tried a few products by Bare Minerals, and their liquid eyeliner is both revolutionary and natural, and immediately overthrew my former favourite. If you’re a liquid eyeliner kinda person, you may not think you need this, but you really do.

i rarely buy new clothes these days, but i couldn’t ignore this beaded bag by Mango.

My Raw Tamari + Avocado Brownies have been updated - and, subsequently, improved.

I've just released the details and booking page for my next retreat, taking place at The BodyHoliday in St Lucia, May 21-27th. It's coming up soon and spaces are limited. Find out more and book tickets here. If you are unable to make these dates but interested in the retreat, email me (danielle@qnola.co.uk) or leave a comment below with dates that would work for you, as we are planning several more throughout the year.

Love is back.

I want everything.

I received a this little gift from Sweaty Betty on #InternationalWomensDay.

Intrigued by the Soma Board but want to try a session locally. Know anywhere in London? Leave me a tip in the comments below.

My favourite suitcase company have launched a travel blog.

We need to talk about non-attachment (blog post to come).

It’s all about balance.

Intrigued

Just a few hours per month, this could lead your to changing someone’s life, and will definitely change yours too.

Have been incorporating this MOA daily cleansing ritual with natural bamboo face cloth into my evening routine, and my skin is saying thank you.

I recently connected with the team over at Ecoage - a brand consultancy founded by Livia Firth that helps businesses to grow sustainably, by creating, implementing and communicating sustainability solutions. They run such inspiring initiatives and projects, including the #30Wears, #TheGreenCarpetChallenge and The Commonwealth Fashion Exchange, based on collaboratively curated garments which take into consideration the supply chain, natural recycled or renewable materials and ethical work and labour practices. Last month they opened The Commonwealth Fashion Exchange exhibition  in partnership with Swarovski, The Woolmark Company and MATCHESFASHION.COM, at Australia House; open until the end of April.

This new power machine is never being put away. It's out in the morning awaiting its smoothie duty, and it's gotten me through the colder days with its soup setting.

I first discovered Stress Dots whilst studying Holistic Massage last year. They are such a relevant and unique tool for managing stress, helping you to be more aware of you moods and most importantly your stress and anxiety levels. With the colour-coded key, you can monitor your levels of fear and nervousness; almost like a notification as a reminder to take a breather.

I, Tonya is as good as you think it's going to be. Maaaaargot!

The Hunter Technique is by far one of my new favourite workouts, and in fact, it’s nothing new at all. With Jermaine Hunter, you get back to basics and embrace your inner animal, returning to the innate primal ways that have been suppressed as society and the human race has evolved. Think crawling, climbing, swinging and walking like monkeys, ducks, lizards and more. Working out this way is more like playing; a combination of discovering how many ways your body is designed to move, and seeing how much true strength you really have. It instills a sense of exploration and excitement and requires a focus and concentration like no other workout. You will leave sweaty and feeling challenged, but you don’t leave stressed or short of breath, or feeling agonisingly depleted. Also known as Calisthenics, the movements involved are simultaneously calming and strengthening, demanding for both the body and mind and creating a strong body-mind connection. And when you begin to rediscover what the body is designed to do and just how out of touch you've become with it, you'll be more inspired than ever to get stronger and fitter.

I discovered this artisan homeware brand in a gift store in Clifton, Bristol and I think everyone should know about it.

During London Fashion Week, I met the founders of www.wearthewalk.co.uk; an organisation which showcases up and coming, new, young designers, and through a monthly subscription program, offers a service whereby you can rent these special pieces - most of which are made by hand and in small batches - whenever you want.

Just in time for #InternationalWomansDay, this @ChintiandParker x @WomenForWomen International collaboration is a reminder that there is so much good in the world. All proceeds from sales go to Women For Women International to help women survivors of war to rebuild their lives.

Last week I met some representative of Nude By Nature; Beauty Thats Good For You;
made with powerful native Australian ingredients, omitting synthetic components and preservatives. I'm loving their bronzer, primer, loose powder eye shadows and moisturising under-eye concealer.

Espa's fitness body oil is unlike anything you have ever put on your body before. And they've just launched a shower oil version. Apply as an oil and enjoy as it mixes with the shower water into an overpowering, aromatic lather.

Errrmm; yes to everything. Why do birthdays only happen once a year?

This Paloma Wool must-have is back in stock.

I tried out such an amazing yoga class at @heartcore with @timcyoga, called XYB yoga. Its a fusion of yoga and pilates and whilst it's more challenging that standard yoga classes and flows more like a fitness class, it is super calming and relaxing in it's own way.

Essential oil of the moment: Vetiver

James Vincent McMorrow (I Lie Awake Every Night + Higher Love)

Austin & Austin - aesthetically, organically and ethically with it. All of their products are certified organic and tested only on people. All of their packaging is made from 100% recycled materials and is fully recyclable.

Gigi x Vogue Eyewear's new collection; in particular, these.

Received a Chakra Bracelet at an event I attended recently.

Finally, a protein powder that doesn't taste artificial or have a sickening sweetness. Personally, I can't bear most protein powders as I find them too sickly, but when I'm working out a lot, Innermost's vegan Health blend in Creamy Vanilla is a post-workout smoothie/shake game changer. (They also do whey-based products too).

The latest addition to the Qnola Family - Quinoa Oat Crunch - has arrived. Same organic British-grown quinoa, same all-natural, functional ingredients, now with added crunch thanks to a dose of fibre-rich gluten free oats. You are welcome.

This Curpo/Viscose slip strap top by Cossac is not only overly wearable, day and night, it's also made ethically by hand, and sustainably, using renewable fabrics.

These dream jeans from H&M. I found them hiding round a corner on the top floor of the store on regents street as I was leaving the store. Am gonna get my #30wears out of them that's for sure.

Monthly Essentials, Essentialsdanielle coppermanComment

Here's a good read for ma ladies. A little heads up helps a lot as far as PMS is concerned. Understanding whats going on helps to accept and handle how you're feeling and acting.

Get a drip if you've over indulged or over whatevered this holiday season. I had my first IV treatment before Christmas when struggling with fatigue and exhaustion, and overnight I felt lighter and more focussed and experienced more stamina whilst working out.

Over at Qnola, we've just launched a new range of quinoa-based granolas - the recipe for which I've been developing for almost a year. Made with gluten-free jumbo oats, our Quinoa Oat Crunch range consists of three unique and functional flavours; my favourite being the Cocoa + Walnut.

Have friends who've enrolled in Lacy from Free + Native's Manifestation Tools and have planned to sign up imminently. After several emails back and forth, I had the pleasure of meeting Lacy in London last week, and if you're feeling stuck in life and in need of some guidance, inspiration or courage, she's the one you need to be following.

Maybe a biased suggestion, but if you're looking for some new rituals and all-natural recipes to take into 2018 with you, discover Well Being. I've boiled down teachings and ideas from all kinds of ancient and traditional wellbeing systems from across the world into simplified, actionable methods you can apply to complexly modernised daily life.

Something to try one of these mornings. May be for you, maybe not.

Living in these.

And this.

This Moon lamp is bringing all kinds of brightness into my life.

Next on the list: The Clarity Cleanse

Wunder workshop golden balance for internal alignment and general good vibes.

Rawligion CBD chocolates and Zenbunni mystic mocha biodynamic chocolates if you haven't already.

Sukin's anti-pollution, oil-balancing charcoal mask works wonders.

Never want to take off these Vayayama Cupro Leggings.

I never wear foundation usually, but Fenty foundation offers impeccable coverage whilst settling lightly on the skin. It doesn't feel cloggy, doesn't get greasy and doesn't trigger blemishes.

Getting lots of compliments on these lately.

Just did this and it got me pretty spot-on. If you're into astrology, knowing more than just your sun sign could be interesting and intriguing, and this takes under 2 minutes.

This? Tres intrigued though.

Can anyone look at this and not love it?

Already planning an escape to somewhere sunnier and these will be coming with me in either nude, forest green or metallic bronze, along with this in pomegranate.

Shall I just order us all a load of these asap?

Time for a new annual moon calendar

A sweet story with a v. real moral on work life / balance for you to head into 2018 with. Be more with less and live with more ease.

Every year the same

March Essentials _ 2017

Beauty, Monthly Essentialsdanielle coppermanComment

This selection of my favourite things from March is slightly more than a months worth of Good Stuff, since I'm currently working on a couple of major projects which are turning out to take up most of my waking moments. It's all fun, but unfortunately my blog updates are the first thing to falter when my time and energy is required elsewhere. What I do have time for, and what has been a really popular and well received addition to the blog, is imparting recent wisdom and sharing suggestions of people, places, things and thoughts I've discovered, or rediscovered, and enjoyed.

This tea shop in my hometown of Bath made me reconnect to my infatuation to quality sourced teas, and the processes, stories and ceremonies behind them.

Ella Grace sings and it is wonderful

These insane paperweights

This brings back old memories and feels like summer

If tooth picks are your jam...

Adwoa is about as real as a girl gets

Girls, are you in sync with nature? This is interesting.

This quote from Tom Hiddleston: "We have two lives. The second begins when we realise we only have one"

Emma Watson approved natural beauty, featuring a few of my favourite holistic skincare brands

Banoffee Bang Bang and Salted Caramel from Loving Earth, amongst others

This is brilliant and we need more things like it

If you're into cosmic energy and activity (and in your twenties), the saturn return might explain a lot...

A few words on productivity and mastering your priorities

This is why you should consider alternate temperature showering. AKA lymphatic cleansing. AKA hydrotherapy.

This is true. So get on the Qnola.

In love with everything by Pama, and have been living, moving and sleeping in these chakra shorts made from recycled charcoal bamboo

Kobox recently ventured East and I'm more than okay with it

February Essentials (2017)

Review, Monthly Essentialsdanielle coppermanComment

THIS MONTH I...

Became obsessed with BLOK LONDON and got back into boxing with Kenny Fights. Since discovering my connection with boxing at Aerospace in New York, I've struggled to find a really good boxing gym in London. Until now. There is nothing quite like a jab, a hook and an uppercut combo to release mental and physical stress, at the same time as developing even definition and muscle tone across the entire body. Blok have an insane schedule with vast amount of unique and varied classes.

Watched the new JACKIE MOVIE, and by watched I mean mainly sat woman-crushing over Natalie Portman, interior-crushing over the set and wardrobe-crushing over the styling. I suggest you go do the same.

Devoured a few packets or more of CRU 8's MACAROONS AND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES at FARE HEALTHY, after giving a talk on Intuitive Eating and Building a Beautiful Business Brand. It was all fun.

Decided, after a few months of practice, that the MOONCUP is the one lifestyle change every woman should make. No matter what stage of your cycle you're currently in, please please please invest in one NOW for the good of yourself, your health and your planet.

Screen Shot 2017-03-03 at 23.33.53.png

Ate a few too many of theeeeese cheeky little KOOKIE KAT COOKIES.

Added another scent to my overwhelming fragrance collection, and this one is natural and organic. JO WOOD ORGANICS PERFUME, AMKA SCENT.

Reality-checked a few things after reading THE LIFE CHANGING MAGIC OF NOT GIVING A F**K BY SARAH KNIGHT. In a world filled with pressure and expectations, it's hard to not give a f**k about what others think or might think, what others do or would do, what you do or should be doing. But the minute you realise how many pointless things you're focusing your f**k giving energy on, you'll realise it's time for a change. Hold on to your f**k's, and start giving less to things that don't matter, don't excite your or just don't mean anything to you.

Discovered PILI NUTS and decided the turmeric and ginger have a permanent place in my bag from now on.

Adopted some new natural haircare rituals with the help of LOREAL PARIS, who have just launched BOTANICAL FRESHCARE - a new a line of natural, paraben-free, synthetic-free haircare products, made from natural ingredients, centred around deeply nourishing essential oils, herbs and botanical ingredients. More on this soon.

Started reading OSHO'S INTUITION and haven't put it down yet.

DAVINES HAIRCARE

Davine's is one of my favourite sustainable beauty brands, specialising in hair care products that they claim improve our lives as well as the world around us. This time of year, I love this product for dry, brittle hair. Browse their full range of products here.

SEXTANT

A dear friend of mine, Bonnie Wright, has recently released her latest short film project, Sextant. It's pretty special, and I'm pretty proud.

DRIFT NATURAL WOOL MATTRESS

Didn't know that I was looking for comfort until I found Drift mattresses. Made with 4000 pocket springs and a 100% natural, temperature-regulating wool surface, if you're looking for a mattress upgrade or just a better nights sleep, look no further.

STAR SIGN SPECIFIC NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

A good read for anyone wanting to make more personal resolutions this new year.

ASOS HAS MASTERED DRESSING GOWN CHIC

It's warm, it's soft, it's stylish, it's easy to to style and it's just the right amount of dressing gowny to make you feel like you're still in your comfies, but look far more socially acceptable. Enjoy.

SPECIAL BUT NOT SO SENSIBLE FOOTWEAR

I recently stocked up on some new threads and treads for a New Years trip to Sweden, and whilst it snowed more often than not, and was below freezing everyday, these mule loafers managed to make their way out of my suitcase (and quickly to find shelter in the closest cafe).

PALO SANTO

An all time favourite scent of mine, Palo Santo is traditionally used in energy clearing rituals. People like to clear the energy when moving into a new home, or if there is heavy negative energy in the air, but the beginning of a new year is also a perfect time to spread palo santo fumes, as you set intentions or let go of any negativity from the past year.

EVERYTHING I WANT TO EAT COOKBOOK

A great read full of great feeds, presented through really beautiful and modern concepts, making all other cookbooks seem kinda plain.

MILK AND HONEY BY RURI KAUR

A collection of really real and honest poems, written magically and with feeling, Milk and Honey, was gifted to one of my sisters this Christmas, and whilst I follow the author online, reading each page of the book was like reading each poem for the first time again.

WAKE UP WELL MULTI-FUNCTION CANDLES

Last month, we launched the first products in our new Qnola Life range - a collection of natural beauty products designed to help support you in all your Wake Up Well efforts, beyond just eating a good breakfast in the morning. Our first products are Multi Function Candles, made with soy wax and essential herbal oils and can be used as moisturiser, deoderant, fragrance oils and much more! MOONJUICE COOKBOOK

Moon Juice, LA - my favourite juice bar and one of my first experiences of most of the things I currently include in my diet. Founder, Amanda Chantel Bacon has just published her first cookbook, sharing her creations and spreading so much knowledge, light, love and inspiration. If this doesn't get us any nearer to a more clued up and healthful society, I don't know what will.
