Join us at Essence Cuisine in Shoreditch on Saturday 17th March, for a morning with Danielle Copperman, founder of Qnola and author of newly released book, Well Being. Danielle will be sharing an insight into her wellbeing philosophies, focussing on the theme of Waking Up Well through food and other rituals. She will take you through her favourite energising rituals for the morning (including tapping and pranayama techniques). The session will be accompanied by an energising brunch or functional foods and hot adaptogenic drinks, inspired by the recipes and information in Danielle's book.
Guests will also have the chance to have a private one-to-one consultation with Danielle, where she will outline which recipes and rituals in the book will best support each individuals current and personal needs.
