This worksheet is designed to provide simple and accessible reminders and rituals you can do anytime and anywhere. Focusing on morning rituals, daytime rituals and evening rituals, you will find 10 simple yet powerful practices that you should get into the habit of incorporating into your day-to-day life, either every day or during particularly busy or stressful times.

The way you start the day is particularly important as it sets the tone for how the rest or the day will unfold. Allowing a little more time in your morning routine will mean you have more flexibility, and will be less likely to stress or feel overwhelmed with too much to do. I’d suggest starting by setting your alarm 10, then 20 then 30 minutes before you really need to in order to incorporate a few new rituals into your morning routine. Starting the day with ease, at a slower pace, and with a grateful and abundant mindset will leave you feeling more open and positive throughout the rest of the day. And nourishing your body with whole foods will also benefit your energy levels, your mood and your mind.

By no means feel you have to do every single rituals, but depending on your needs and your time allowance, find what works for you and try one or two at a time and see how it goes.

The worksheet is ritual-based only, and doesn’t provide food tips or recipes. Instead, it is intended to help you to reduce stress, increase self-worth and get focussed on what you truly want.

+ What you will need:

  • A pen or pencil and a notebook, journal or piece of paper

Since this is the first worksheet I have published, I’m keeping it completely complimentary. I hope you enjoy it ✨
